Get Your Merchant Statement Reviewed
Send your most recent processing statement and I'll read it line by line and tell you what you're actually paying — whether that's good news or bad. Sometimes the honest answer is “your deal is fine, don't touch it.”
What I'll cover in your review
The real cost of your processing — not the advertised rate
Every line item explained — monthly fees, batch fees, non-qual surcharges
Why transactions are downgrading and what it's costing you
Whether your pricing is competitive, fixable with a phone call, or genuinely worth leaving
What happens after you send it
- I read it myself. Not a tool, not an assistant. Usually within 1–2 business days.
- You get a plain-English breakdown by email: your effective rate, what each fee is, and which ones are normal versus not.
- You get my honest verdict — and often it's “this is fine, leave it alone” or “call your processor and ask them to drop this one line.” Those answers earn me nothing and you'll still get them.
- Then nothing happens unless you want it to. No follow-up sequence, no calls, no drip campaign. If you want a quote from me, ask and you'll get one.
Why this is free — and how I'm paid
I place merchant accounts. If you decide on your own to move your processing through me, the processor pays me a monthly residual. That means I make more money if you switch than if you stay, and you should weigh what I tell you accordingly.
It's also why “stay where you are” is written into this page as a real outcome rather than a disclaimer. The whole arrangement, in detail →
